With its 180 m² , generous proportions and tasteful decor, it is the ideal place to get together with family or friends , in the heart of the Île d'Oléron, at the foot of the cycle paths and only 800 meters from the beach .

Upstairs, a surprise awaits: a suspended net, like a giant hammock , installed above the living room, invites reading, napping, or simply relaxing. A reading nook with a sofa and books completes the space, which is often used as a playroom by children.
